Bojana Gojković Advances to Semifinals at Brussels Tournament
Montenegrin boxer Bojana Gojković has reached the semifinals of the esteemed tournament in Brussels.
Bojana secured her place by defeating local fighter Sara Renders with a unanimous decision in the quarterfinals of the 60-kilogram weight class.
Her upcoming opponent is Donjeta Sadiku from Kosovo, who triumphed over India’s Sanju Sanju in her quarterfinal match.
The other Montenegrin participant at the Brussels tournament, Tomislav Đinović, had a bye in the opening round.
The BK Zlatičanin member will face the winner of the quarterfinal matchup between Australia’s Jack Carlson and Serbian representative Stefan Camović in the semifinals of the 60 kg category.
This tournament in Belgium has gathered elite boxers from 12 countries: France, Australia, Italy, Poland, India, Serbia, Turkey, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Kosovo, Montenegro, and Belgium.
