Juventus marked Igor Tudor’s debut in the 30th round of Serie A with a 1:0 victory against Genoa in Turin.

The Croatian manager started Kenan Yildiz and Dušan Vlahović, with the Serbian striker providing the assist for the Turkish midfielder’s winning goal in the 25th minute.

While the Old Lady didn’t dazzle, they earned the victory. In their final attack, they had a missed opportunity as Marcus Thuram’s counterattack was thwarted by Timothy Weah’s poor execution, hitting goalkeeper Leali from just ten meters out.

Juventus currently sits in fifth place with 55 points, trailing fourth-placed Bologna by a single point after Bologna’s win in Venice.

Venice, struggling for survival, has accumulated 20 points, while Genoa rests in 12th place with 35 points.

Today, Como managed a 1:1 draw against Empoli, placing Como 13th with 30 points and Empoli in 18th with 23 points.
