The Championship Series Kicks Off: Winner Already Determined!

The Budućnost Bemax basketball team will face Trebjesa from Nikšić in the first match of the playoff finals for the First A Women’s Montenegrin League this Saturday at 18:00 in Podgorica.
Budućnost secured their spot by defeating Primorje in the semi-finals, while Trebjesa advanced by overcoming Podgorica.
These teams previously met in the final of the Montenegrin Cup earlier this season.
The final series is structured as a best-of-three.
The second game is set for Wednesday in Nikšić.
Budućnost has claimed the championship title for the past 13 years, with their last loss on home turf occurring during the final series of the 2012/2013 season, where they triumphed over Primorje with a score of 2:1.
This will be Trebjesa’s first appearance in the playoff finals.
