Falling Unemployment Rate in Montenegro at the end of July

Montenegro’s Declining Unemployment Rate as of Late July

As of the end of July in Montenegro, there were 33,610 individuals unemployed, reflecting a decrease of 3.2 percent compared to June, according to data from employment institutes (ZZZ).

The ZZZ reports that the unemployment rate stood at 11.56 percent at the end of June this year, down from 13.75 percent in the same month last year, as reported by Mine.

Since the beginning of the year, the Institute has recorded 7,770 new jobs.

A total of 16,530 job vacancies were advertised during the same timeframe.
