Average Cost of a Square Meter in Montenegro: €2,000

Market analyst Darko Djikanovic from the Adriatic Advisors Agency reported that real estate prices have risen by three percent in the last quarter and 13 percent over the past year.

In Podgorica, prices grew by three percent quarterly, with the average unit price for the first time hitting 2,000 euros, according to the investor.

Along the coast, Herceg Novi, Kotor, and Ulcinj saw significant growth compared to Bar, Tivat, and Budva, which have remained relatively stable.

In the Central Region, Cetinje experienced notable price increases, while Nikšić saw a slight decline. Prices in the northern markets of Žabljak and Kolašin have remained steady, Djikanovic added.
