Filip Gardašević Leads the Romanian Superliga as Top Water Polo Scorer
Filip Gardašević, the Montenegrin water polo international, currently leads the scoring charts in the Romanian Super League for the 2023/2024 season.
Representing the Romanian team CSM Oradea, Gardašević has netted 16 goals across 97 matches in the national league.
Additionally, he stands as the leading scorer for CSM Oradea this season, having participated in 28 matches and accumulated a remarkable 132 goals in all competitions.
This accolade marks yet another individual achievement for the Montenegrin athlete, who was previously recognized as the best player in the Romanian Cup this season.
Gardašević joined CSM Oradea last season, transferring from Kotor’s Primorje.
He was also the top scorer of the Montenegrin league while with Primorje, tallying 97 goals during the 2022/2023 season.
A product of Jadran, Gardašević’s career has included stints at clubs such as Primorac, Crvena zvezda, Šabac, and Novi Beograd.
