The Basic State Prosecutor’s Office in Podgorica has ordered the detention of GM (72) for up to 43 hours based on reasonable suspicion of committing a criminal offense – endangering security.

He is accused of threatening RTCG journalist Dušanka Pejović.

“On March 9, 2025, at approximately 15:20 p.m., the suspect menaced the safety of DP, an RTCG journalist who undertakes tasks of public importance, by confronting the victim outside her residence with offensive language, threatening to harm her, demanding to know her identity and address, and invading her personal space while continuing to issue threats and insults until law enforcement officers arrived,” stated the ODT.
