The Basic State Prosecutor’s Office in Podgorica has ordered the detention of NJ for a period of up to 72 hours due to reasonable suspicion of committing a criminal offense – aggravated theft.

“On March 9, 2025, the suspect gained entry to the ‘C.L.’ restaurant through a half-open window situated over two meters high, from which he stole a metal cash register containing 250 euros. This individual has a history of committing theft-related crimes,” stated the ODT.
