Marko Dapčević Takes on His First Independent Project in His Career
Marko Dapčević, the former coach of the youth teams at the Lovćen handball club, has embarked on a new journey as he takes the helm of ŽRK Ulcinj.
This marks his first role as an independent head coach.
“I received a call from representatives of Ulcinj, and their professionalism was evident in our discussions. We concluded our agreement in just two minutes. I am genuinely impressed by the number of talented young players who are passionate about handball in Ulcinj,” Dapčević remarked, adding:
“I am grateful to everyone in the club for their warm reception. The team is relatively young, and they finished in second-to-last place last season. With a few new additions, I am optimistic that we can make significant progress in every aspect,” Dapčević shared.
The new players in Ulcinj welcomed him by presenting Lovćen scarves.
