December in the Euroleague was highlighted by Asvel player Theo Maledon, who earned the title of most valuable player for the month at the end of 2024.

During December, Asvel competed in six Euroleague games, securing four victories. The French team triumphed over Paris, Partizan, Zalgiris, and Real Madrid, while facing defeats against Olimpia Milan and Virtus.

Maledon recorded impressive statistics, averaging 21.2 points, 4.3 rebounds, and 5.3 assists, resulting in a utility rating of 26.8 throughout December.

This season, the Asvel athlete has maintained an average of 18.8 points, 4.2 rebounds, and 4.8 assists.

After 18 rounds of the Euroleague, Asvel currently holds the 15th position with eight wins and ten losses.
