The Ministry of Justice Has Received a Decision on Balijagić’s Extradition.

The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Serbia has officially announced the approval for the extradition of the accused, Alija Balijagić, to Montenegro.

“Following the completion of the necessary surrender procedures, the individual will shortly be made available to the appropriate judicial authorities to facilitate ongoing criminal proceedings. The Ministry of Justice would like to take this opportunity to extend its gratitude to the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Serbia and the relevant authorities for their exceptional cooperation in this matter and the swift execution of the extradition process,” the statement read.
