The announcement for selecting the designer and contractor for the Bar-Boljare highway, specifically the Mateševo-Andrijevica section, has been made public on the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) website.

All relevant documentation can be accessed on the EBRD website, which includes all criteria, conditions, and details regarding the tender procedure that interested bidders must meet.

According to the EBRD website, the tender will remain open until April 29th of this year at 11 am.

“We would also like to highlight that a dedicated communication section is available on this website, allowing interested companies to pose questions related to the tender and seek clarification on the documentation,” stated Monteput.

Moreover, a separate tender for the selection of a consultant is currently active on the EBRD website, in addition to a tender for the appointment of a supervisory authority for the design and construction of this highway segment, which is expected to conclude upon finalizing a contract with the selected designer and contractor.

“We anticipate substantial interest from companies in the design and construction of this segment, which is vital for the infrastructure development of Montenegro and the surrounding region,” Monteput remarked.
