Current construction efforts are taking place at multiple sites in Tivat, with a total investment of 4.8 million euros, progressing as planned under the oversight of the Municipal Directorate for Investments.

The most significant project involves the refurbishment of existing pipelines, sewage systems, and the establishment of atmospheric sewage in the center of Radovići. This work, valued at 2.25 million euros (including VAT), is being carried out by a consortium led by ‘F2 AC HDC’ doo, as indicated by the Municipality of Tivat today.

These operations are underway along the main road in Radovići, covering a distance of approximately 1.5 kilometers, with excavation depths ranging from 2.5 to six meters.

By early April, it is anticipated that the replacement of the old asbestos-cement water pipe will be finalized and that sewage systems will connect to the Rogač treatment facility.

“We are enhancing and upgrading the water supply and sewage system to facilitate the implementation of the primary sewage branch through Radovići, enabling us to start work on the secondary and tertiary sewage network next year, which is particularly vital for households,” stated the Investment Directorate of the Municipality of Tivat, noting that project documentation for the secondary and tertiary network, approximately 1.2 kilometers long, is underway.

They also mentioned that the work is complicated by excavating through land classified as categories six and seven.

Construction machinery is also active near Belane beach, where the second phase of the Belane promenade construction is approaching completion, extending from the beach to the Župa complex.

This phase, costing 492,000 euros, is being undertaken by “Briv” and will finalize the construction, concrete work, and improvements to the atmospheric sewage system.

“In the coming month, we anticipate announcing a tender for the next and final phase of the project,” the Investment Directorate announced.

Additionally, work is proceeding on S6 road, linking Župa Street to Bradaševo Street.

This project includes refurbishing the existing Župa Street and constructing a new section through the Pijavica area toward Bradaševo Street.

The estimated value of these works is around 850,000 euros.

“Indel Engineering” is performing these tasks, which include installing new public lighting, stormwater drainage, and telecommunications infrastructure on the new road.

Curbs are being placed, sidewalks are under construction, and foundations for lighting poles are being laid.

It is expected that the first layer of asphalt will be laid along part of the route next week. Some delays in the construction are due to aligning the project and technical documentation with the current situation on the site.

Construction is also ongoing for a road that will connect Ruljina and Gornja Lastva. The first phase of this initiative, valued at 1.2 million euros, is being executed by “Tara Gradnja.”

This two-lane road, featuring sidewalks and lighting on both sides with necessary infrastructure, will provide easier and quicker access to Gornja Lastva.

Future phases aim to widen Ruljina Street near Kiparis, extending from the main road toward the higher zones of the settlement.
