The Berane police have submitted a criminal complaint to the prosecutor’s office in that city against a 33-year-old Serbian national, referred to as AM, on the suspicion of having committed the crime of abuse of position in business.

It is alleged that AM engaged in the aforementioned criminal activity by misusing his role as an administrative employee of a legal entity during the years 2023 and 2024, misappropriating a substantial sum of money and thereby inflicting financial damage on the entity in the total amount of €18,396.42, according to the announcement from the Police Directorate.
