Following a session at the Basic State Prosecutor’s Office in Podgorica, Mr. Đ. has been placed under arrest for a maximum of 72 hours. He is under suspicion of verbally assaulting his former romantic partner and her children, physically attacking her, and threatening to throw her from the terrace.
He faces charges for domestic violence or violence against a family member.
“On March 1, 2025, the accused jeopardized the safety of his former emotional partner and her minor children by insulting them, striking the victim in the jaw, and threatening to throw her off the terrace,” stated the Podgorica Public Prosecutor’s Office.
