At the Real Estate Administration, Director Marko Bulatović MSc held a meeting with Ms. Sallie Payne Snell – Secretary General and Executive Director and Ms. Patricia Sokacova – Membership and Communications Manager of EuroGeographics.

In the initial segment of the meeting, the Director, along with Mrs. Dragana Đurišić, Deputy Director of the State Survey and Cartography Sector, welcomed their colleagues from Brussels and presented the ongoing projects and initiatives of the Real Estate Administration, as well as potential models for collaboration. The EuroGeographics representatives expressed gratitude for the Director’s hospitality and conveyed their hope for enhanced cooperation in the near future.

The latter part of the meeting included department heads from the Information System Sector and the State Survey and Cartography Sector of the Real Estate Administration. They focused on specific topics regarding the advantages the Real Estate Administration will gain from its membership in EuroGeographics. Discussions included the technical specifications and the preparation of data sets to be provided by the Real Estate Administration for access on the EuroGeographics geoportal.

The meeting concluded with an invitation for the Director of the Real Estate Administration to join his colleagues at the EuroGeographics General Assembly, scheduled for May 18, 2025, in Riga. This gathering is a significant event, bringing together representatives from all competent European cartographic and cadastral agencies, along with members from various influential European organizations in the field of geoinformation management.
