Competition Launch for the Third Enrollment Period

The Faculty of Montenegrin Language and Literature (FCJK) has opened applications for the first year of three-year undergraduate academic studies (180 ETCS) for the academic year 2025/2026 – marking the third enrollment period.

Candidates who have completed four years of secondary education are eligible to apply for the admissions competition.

Applicants must include the following documents with their enrollment application: original certificates for grades 1 through 4 of secondary education; original diploma verifying the completion of the external matriculation/vocational exam; a national ID card or a copy of your birth certificate; and a certified copy of the “Luča” diploma or any equivalent, if applicable.

Enrollment applications can be submitted in two ways: in person on August 28, 29, and September 1 between 10 AM and 1 PM at the faculty premises; or electronically via the upisi.edu.me platform on August 28 and 29, closing on August 29 at 4 PM.

“Candidates who have not completed an external matura or professional exam may take tests in Montenegrin-Serbian, Bosnian, and Croatian language and literature, as well as in a foreign language, thereby obtaining an equivalent score to those who completed the professional exam externally,” according to the announcement.

Tests for interested candidates in these subjects will take place on September 1st at 1 PM.

During this third enrollment period, 19 students will be admitted, funded by the budget of Montenegro.

The results of the admissions competition will be published on September 3rd on the FCJK notice board and website. Candidate registration is scheduled for September 5th.
