Krstović Debuts for Atalanta in Draw Against Pisa
Atalanta and Pisa concluded their match in Bergamo with a 1-1 draw as the new Serie A season kicked off. Montenegrin international Nikola Krstović made his debut for Atalanta during this game.
Having recently joined Atalanta from Lecce, Krstović came on in the 72nd minute, replacing Gianluca Scamacca.
Pisa initially led the match with an own goal by Isak Hino in the 26th minute, but Scamacca equalized for the home team in the 50th minute.
In Turin, Juventus secured a 2-0 victory over Parma.
Jonathan David opened the scoring for Juventus in the 59th minute.
The home team faced a disadvantage after Andrea Cambiasso was shown a red card in the 83rd minute.
Just moments later, Serbian player Dušan Vlahović extended the lead, scoring after an impressive play with Kenan Yildiz.
Meanwhile, Montenegrin representative Vasilije Adžić did not participate in the match.
