The leadership of the Civic Movement URA is anticipating that one of the attendees at their upcoming congress tomorrow will be the Albanian Prime Minister and head of the Socialist Party of Albania, Edi Rama, according to information obtained by Vijesti from party officials.
Besides Rama, GP URA is expecting the president of the European Green Party, Kiran Kaff, several members of the German Bundestag, and many regional politicians to join the congress.
Guests will include representatives from the Serbian opposition and the ruling Socialist Party of Serbia (SPS), Oliver Spasovski, former Prime Minister and Minister of Interior of North Macedonia, in addition to attendees from Croatia, as reported by Vijesti’s source.
The third regular GP URA congress is slated for Saturday, July 5, at Lovćen. The working segment of the congress will commence at noon, with the ceremonial portion, which will host the distinguished guests, starting at 7 p.m.
Party president Dritan Abazović has previously announced plans for a reorganization of the party, new leadership, and clearer programmatic definitions that will align with green European policies, aiming to become the rapidly growing political force in Europe.
