The authorities are investigating the incident that occurred at Tivat’s Monte Palm Beach, where Kosta Obradović (33) from Podgorica was assaulted.

On the day prior to the incident, he reportedly engaged in verbal and physical provocations towards other guests in the swimming area of the resort.

When staff attempted to escort him away, a physical altercation broke out, during which he initially gained the upper hand.

Reports suggest that gunshots were heard shortly before he was attacked.

According to “Vijesti”, law enforcement arrived on the scene after the altercation had concluded.

Upon arrival, they found only traces of blood, but no shell casings were discovered.

A representative from the Police Department indicated that the surveillance footage from that area of the complex has since been erased.

Obradović has a history with law enforcement, having been arrested multiple times, including for attempted murder.
