Montenegrin footballer Milutin Osmajić has made an impressive start to the new season, netting two goals early in the Championship, which has attracted interest from Italian clubs.

As reported by journalist Gianluca di Marzio, Serie A teams Sassuolo, Cremonese, and Lecce are keen on signing Osmajić.

Since joining Preston in January 2023, Osmajić has a contract that extends until 2027. He began his career with Sutjeska before moving to the Spanish club Cadiz four years ago.

Osmajić has also had stints with Bandirma and Vizela.

He has made 28 appearances for the Montenegrin national football team, scoring two goals.
