Juniors Triumph Over BiH; Clash for Fifth Place Up Next
The Montenegrin junior basketball team is set to compete for fifth place at the European B Championship taking place in Romania.
Under the guidance of Marko Sekulić, the team triumphed over Bosnia and Herzegovina with a score of 85:76 in their initial match for placement, and their final opponent in the tournament will be Hungary.
This match is scheduled for Sunday.
Montenegro kicked off the game with a remarkable 10:0 run, maintained a 10-point lead at halftime, and achieved a maximum advantage of 17 points, finishing the third quarter at 72:55.
Danilo Nikezić was the standout player for our team, scoring 24 points, while Đorđe Đukanović contributed 13 points.
