The Fidelity consulting firm has revealed that, in line with the schedule outlined in the Spatial and Urban Plan (PUP) of Podgorica, one new building featuring 100 apartments is set to be constructed at Velje Brdo each month for the next five years.

“Consider this: 6,000 apartments equate to 60 buildings, each with 100 apartments. This indicates that over the next five years (a total of 60 months), the plan is to build one building with 100 apartments in Velje Brdo each month. That’s correct: every month for five years, one building with 100 apartments is anticipated to be constructed at Velje Brdo,” Fidelity Consulting shared via a post on the X network.

They further assert that “the team promoting this narrative believes that people are naive enough to overlook basic multiplication; hence, the disbelief among the public.”

“Moreover, through the Podgorica Urban Development Plan, they have effectively covered half the city in concrete and facilitated the construction of buildings by companies close to them on areas that were previously designated as green spaces…” stated Fidelity Consulting.
