Four Teenagers Detained in Cetinje for Violent Actions

Four teenagers, including one minor, have been arrested in Cetinje following a physical altercation, as reported by the Police Directorate.

“Officers from the Regional Security Center ‘Centar’, Cetinje Security Department, apprehended four individuals for engaging in violent conduct. A physical confrontation occurred last night around 10:30 PM on IV Proleterske brigade Street in Cetinje. Police were dispatched to the scene but did not initially locate the parties involved. However, through thorough investigation, they identified ML (19), DL (23), AK (17), and another minor, all from Cetinje, as participants in the incident,” stated the police report.

The report continued, noting that these individuals were located, and information was gathered regarding the circumstances surrounding the incident, which has been communicated to the prosecutor at the Basic State Prosecutor’s Office in Cetinje. The prosecutor asserted that the actions of ML, DL, AK, and the seventeen-year-old align with the elements of the offense of violent behavior.

The suspects have been taken into custody and will appear before the responsible prosecutor today for further proceedings, as indicated by the police.
