“Adžić and Bulatović Prove Their Moment Has Arrived, Jovetić Shines with 87”

What Montenegro’s future might resemble was highlighted by newcomers Vasilije Adžić and Andrija Bulatović since their debut in September.
It’s rare for a player to score while wearing the national team jersey for the first time, and even more so when two debutants do it – Adžić and Bulatović broke that trend.
After a rough evening in Plzen, these two gems of Montenegrin football illuminated the match, scoring to equalize in a friendly against Armenia in Nikšić (2:2).
Montenegro fell behind early in the match, conceding in the 24th second as Eduard Spertsjan capitalized on a mistake by Balša Popović. Just four and a half minutes later, however, Adžić showcased his skill, leveling the score with a header from a Marko Vukčević cross.
The Juventus midfielder influenced Montenegro’s style, while Bulatović also excelled; both contributed to the “Falcons'” second goal. Adžić maneuvered into the center, locating Milutin Osmajić, who deftly played past Andrija Radulović, allowing Bulatović to find the net (2:1).
In an effort to deny the debutants a victorious narrative, Spertsjan struck again, catching Popović off guard from a free kick.
This memorable evening also highlighted legendary captain Stevan Jovetić, who entered the match in the second half, marking his 87th cap for the “falcons”, a national record.
