Overview of the Adult Learning Agenda Project
Collaborative initiatives led by the European Agenda for Adult Learning, along with National Coordinators and EPALE through the primary education institution – the Ministry of Education, will significantly contribute to achieving the objectives outlined in the European Skills Agenda and the European Pact for Skills. Considering that lifelong learning has been identified as a priority area on the Policy Agenda in Montenegro, this project cycle will emphasize the following:
1. Support the achievement of the national target regarding adult participation in digital and environmental literacy training;
2. Enhance the availability of trusted quality courses, guidance, validation, and flexible learning options, including micro-credentials;
3. Promote and develop national initiatives within the Pact for Skills;
4. Facilitate collaborative learning and foster new learning environments;
5. Engage in dissemination and communication with other national and EU stakeholders in adult learning.
The activities of the national center for implementing the European Agenda for Adult Learning, along with National Coordinators, will support systemic implementation, development, and outreach of EU tools and services that are essential for Montenegrin society’s challenging path towards EU integration. Through this vital European network aimed at improving conditions for adult learning, we will foster a better environment for society as a whole, benefiting individuals from youth to old age.
