Project Overview: Creating a Collaborative Learning Environment in Montenegro
Description: Collaborative efforts led by the European Agenda for Adult Learning – National Coordinators, in conjunction with the core national education body, the Ministry of Education, will significantly contribute to achieving the policy goals set forth in the European Skills Agenda and the European Pact for Skills.
Recognizing that lifelong learning is a priority area on the Policy Agenda in Montenegro, this project cycle will primarily focus on: 1. supporting the achievement of the national target for adult participation in digital and environmental literacy training; 2. enhancing the availability of high-quality, trusted courses, along with guidance and flexible learning options, including micro-credentials; 3. promoting and advancing national activities related to the Pact for Skills; 4. fostering collaborative learning and developing innovative learning environments; 5. facilitating dissemination and communication with both national and EU stakeholders in adult learning.
The initiatives of the national center for implementing the European Agenda for Adult Learning – National Coordinators will bolster systemic-level implementation, development, and outreach of EU tools and services that are crucial for Montenegrin society on its challenging path to EU integration. Through this vital European network focused on enhancing adult learning conditions, we aim to foster a more conducive environment for society as a whole, reaching from youth to senior citizens.
