Obstructions Ahead: Illegally Parked Vehicles Block Access to Blue Horizons.

Although the municipal parking lot is largely vacant, one lane of the access road to Plavi Horizonti beach is obstructed by closely parked cars.

This issue is highlighted in a video shared with “Vijesti”.

Beach tenants have sent multiple letters to both the Municipal Police of Tivat and the local Parking Servis company, urging them to address the situation. They report frequent traffic jams, with vehicles unable to pass each other in certain areas, raising concerns that emergency services, such as Fire and Ambulance, may not be able to reach the beach in case of an emergency.
