Minors Arrested for Assaulting Third Person, Resulting in Concussion

Police in Podgorica have apprehended two 17-year-olds on suspicion of physically assaulting a third individual following a brief argument, resulting in that person suffering a concussion.
The Police Directorate has reported that the suspects are being investigated for violent behavior in connection with the criminal offense of grievous bodily harm.
“Specifically, during the evening hours outside an elementary school in Podgorica, the two minors, after a short verbal altercation, physically attacked the victim, striking them in the head and body. The victim sustained a serious injury—a concussion,” stated the Police Directorate.
The suspects will be presented to the prosecutor for further action, along with a criminal complaint.
