This year, the Municipality of Pljevlja will not be providing backpacks for first-graders as in previous years, but will instead offer financial assistance to parents for their purchase.
The Secretariat for Culture, Social, and Other Issues of the Municipality of Pljevlja has announced that all parents of students who are entering the first grade of primary school within the Municipality in the 2025/26 school year will receive a co-financing amount of 40 euros for a school backpack bought from local bookstores.
To receive this assistance, parents must submit the fiscal invoices for the backpacks directly to the Secretariat for Culture, Social, and Other Issues at the SDK building (office no. 3).
Along with the invoices, parents are required to provide a copy of their ID and a copy of their bank account.
The documentation must be submitted between August 1 and 29.
