Two Percent Decline in Guests in Budva
Currently, in the Budva Riviera region, spanning from Jaz to Buljarica, there are slightly over 39,000 visitors. This reflects a two percent decrease in occupancy compared to the end of July last year.
This information is based on official statistics from the Budva Tourist Organization regarding occupancy rates for today.
Out of the total 39,108 visitors, 21,852 are staying in private accommodations, marking a two percent increase from last year. Meanwhile, 16,537 guests are accommodated in hotels, which is a four percent decline compared to the same period last year, according to the Budva Tourist Office.
“In terms of collective accommodation, the largest groups of guests are from Serbia, Great Britain, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Poland, Israel, Turkey, Russia, Ukraine, China, and Uzbekistan. For individual accommodations, the predominant visitors come from Serbia, Russia, Ukraine, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Turkey, Poland, Germany, Hungary, Macedonia, Sweden, and Great Britain. Camps are mainly occupied by guests from Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Belgium, Germany, Bulgaria, and Poland,” stated the head of the Budva Tourist Board.
