Monteput has issued a tender for the creation of an environmental impact assessment study related to the conceptual design of the expressway segment from Herceg Novi to Budva, which will traverse the Bay of Kotor.

The overall value of the tender is approximately 98,000 euros, inclusive of a VAT amounting to 20.4 thousand euros. Bids will be accepted until July 7. The study is required to be finalized in accordance with the Terms of Reference, which is a crucial element of the tender documentation.

As per the public procurement process and in accordance with the Law on Environmental Impact Assessment, only businesses registered in the Central Register of Business Entities for design and engineering services, as well as for the preparation of studies and analyses, are eligible to participate. This must be substantiated by providing proof of registration in the Central Register of Business Entities, along with information regarding the authorized representative of the business entity. Last August, Monteput entered into a contract with “Građevinski Institut Makedonija” Koplje for the development of a conceptual design for this segment.
