Montenegro Steadily Progresses Towards EU Membership
Filip Ivanović, the Deputy Prime Minister for Foreign and European Affairs, highlighted that a robust collaboration between the Government and Parliament has led to the adoption of essential laws aligned with the European agenda, representing a major advancement in the EU negotiation process.
This effective partnership has facilitated the passage of crucial laws, setting the stage to finalize multiple negotiation chapters by year-end. Montenegro is showcasing its stability, resolve, and commitment towards the goal of becoming the 28th EU member, remarked Deputy Prime Minister Ivanović.
He further emphasized that the achievements in meeting the European agenda’s obligations illustrate the political will and institutional maturity required for successfully completing the accession negotiations.
