The Italian women’s volleyball team clinched the Nations League title last night, defeating Brazil with a score of 3:1 (22:25, 25:18, 25:22, 25:22) in the final held in Lodz.

Ekatarina Antropova led Italy to victory with 17 points, while Fatima Sila contributed 16 points. Paola Egonu and Sara Luisa Fahr also made notable contributions, scoring 12 and 10 points respectively.

For Brazil, Gabriela Guimaraes Gabi was the standout player, scoring 15 points, followed by Gambato Julia with 12 points and Isabelle Bergman with 11 points.

Italy successfully defended its title as the top team in the Nations League, marking its third victory in the tournament’s history.
