The Croatian Minister conveyed his pleasure with Montenegro’s showcase, noting that his visit reaffirms the strong friendship and good-neighborly ties between Croatia and Montenegro.
“I am impressed by the promotional efforts and the outstanding visual portrayal of the blend of culture, identity, and developmental potential, as well as the messages Montenegro communicates as a nation that promotes harmony and unites various cultures. My presence here today underscores our close and friendly relations,” stated the Croatian Foreign Minister.
He highlighted that Croatia has been supportive of Montenegro’s European aspirations and will continue to be, as it aligns with Croatia’s national interests.
“Of course, we stress the significance of reform processes, as well as adherence to all European values, the rule of law, and a constructive approach to addressing outstanding bilateral matters,” added Grlić Radman.
Minister Radman also pointed out the role of the Croats from Boka Kotorska as an indigenous community that acts as a bridge for collaboration between Croatia and Montenegro. He welcomed the Montenegrin Government’s decision to address the status of the “Josip Marković” cultural center in Donja Lastva.
