Buducnost and Budva Discover Their Rivals for the 2026 CEV Challenge Cup
The volleyball teams of Budućnost Volley and Budva have learned their opponents for the CEV Challenge Cup 2026 following a draw held in Luxembourg.
Luka Bogojević’s squad will face the Spanish team Ozis Aro Rioja in the first round (1/32), while the men’s Budućnost team will compete against I-Vent from Maribor.
The Budva volleyball players will take on the Strosen team from Luxembourg in the same round of the competition.
If the Budućnost women’s team triumphs over the Spanish side, they will encounter Sporting from Portugal in the round of 32. Similarly, if Budućnost’s men advance, they will go up against the Polish team Norwid Częstochowa, while the Montenegrin champions will face Romanian team Zalau in the subsequent round.
The opening matches of the CEV Challenge Cup for women’s volleyball are scheduled from October 28th to 30th, with the return matches set between November 4th and 11th.
The European men’s matches will begin from November 11th to 13th, with return matches taking place from November 18th to 20th.
