During the recent Shareholders’ Meeting of “Luka Bar” AD, several agenda items were successfully approved, including the election of a new Board of Directors, comprising Dušan Masoničić, Nikola Vojvodić, Milan Polović, Milutin Lakićević, and Željko Miladinović.

The announcement was made by the Board of Directors of “Luka Bar” AD.

According to the statement, the inaugural session of the newly elected Board took place right after the Shareholders’ Meeting, where Dušan Masoničić was unanimously chosen as the President, with Nikola Vojvodić serving as the Deputy President.

“‘Luka Bar’ AD has reported commendable and significant business performance over the last period, particularly in light of the disaster that affected the company nearly a year ago, when the port’s transshipment bridges were damaged,” the statement noted.

Masoničić expressed optimism for brighter days and improved business conditions.

“Leading the company under these circumstances was a considerable challenge, which we believe we have navigated successfully. We are hopeful for improved conditions and have already initiated substantial measures to ensure the Port’s operations are more stable and efficient in the upcoming period. We appreciate the exceptional collaboration we have had with the Executive Management and the Port Unions, and we anticipate this will continue. As always, our results will speak for themselves,” stated Masoničić.
