The Lovćen handball team triumphed over Buducnost in Podgorica with a score of 22:21 during the 15th round of the SBBet First Montenegrin League.

Mirko Radović netted the decisive goal in the closing moments of the match.

With this win, the Cetinje team avenged their previous defeat against Buducnost (28:24) and gained a four-point lead with just three rounds left in the season.

Buducnost had maintained the lead for the majority of the game, at one point ahead by four goals, including a 21:18 lead in the 56th minute.

Lovćen then staged a comeback with a 4:0 run, securing a victory that all but clinches the championship title.

Radović was the standout player for Lovćen, scoring five goals, while Vuk Mrvaljević contributed four.

Emir Đulović was notable for Buducnost, scoring seven goals.
