One person detained for up to 72 hours, did not have a permit for pistols and bullets

Individual Detained for Up to 72 Hours Lacking Permit for Firearms and Ammunition

The Basic State Prosecutor’s Office (ODT) in Podgorica has ordered the detention of DU for up to 72 hours on grounds of reasonable suspicion of committing the crime of illegal possession and carrying of weapons and explosives.

According to the Podgorica Public Prosecutor’s Office, “Two pistols and ammunition were discovered in the suspect’s residence, and this individual lacked the required permits for them.”
