Under Investigation for Storing a Cannonball in His Apartment
The Basic State Prosecutor’s Office (ODT) in Podgorica has ordered the detention of Azerbaijani national BR for a period of up to 72 hours. This measure was taken based on strong suspicions that he engaged in the criminal act of unlawfully possessing and carrying weapons and explosives.
According to the Podgorica Public Prosecutor’s Office, “The suspect was found to be in illegal possession of a device containing explosives in his apartment—specifically, a cannonball fitted with a slow-burning fuse, the acquisition and ownership of which is prohibited for civilians.”
