The police in Bijelo Polje have submitted a criminal complaint against local resident MS (23) on suspicion of assaulting an individual on May 3rd, resulting in serious injury, as reported by the Police Directorate (UP) today.

“On May 3, the victim approached the police in Bijelo Polje, reporting that during the early evening hours, while he was outside a supermarket, an unidentified individual struck him in the head following a brief verbal exchange. The attack caused a serious injury – specifically, a fracture of the zygomatic bone – necessitating medical attention,” the statement from UP reads.

The security agency confirmed that a criminal complaint has been filed against the individual for the offense of causing grievous bodily harm.
