A resident of Kotor, identified as MGV (31), has been sentenced to 31 days in jail for driving under the influence of cocaine, as announced by the Budva Minor Offences Court.
Reports indicate that MGV faced trial in an expedited process on Sunday after being brought before the court.
The duty judge in the Kotor department, Ivana Vukasović, not only imposed the prison sentence but also enforced a protective measure that includes a four-month driving ban and the assignment of three penalty points, which will be managed by the Police Directorate,” the statement highlighted.
