The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Republika Srpska (MUP RS) has issued a call for employees of the Investigation and Protection Agency of BiH (SIPA) from RS to resign from that agency and transition to the MUP of the entity.

This request is based on the Law on Non-Application of Laws and Prohibition of the Activities of Extra-Constitutional Institutions of BiH as well as the Regulation concerning the process of transferring workers from RS to SIPA, which was approved by the RS Government.

“Employees of SIPA from RS will be seamlessly integrated into the RS Ministry of Interior upon their employment,” the RS Ministry of Interior stated.
