The President of the Municipality of Budva, Nikola Jovanović, has appointed Maša Radović as the new head of the Secretariat for Investments. This confirmation comes from Jovanović’s office, as reported by Vijesti.
With this appointment, the leader of Budva effectively establishes his team.
Radović is now in charge of one of the key secretariats, especially considering that nearly 30 million euros, which represents half of the city’s budget, is earmarked for the investment cycle this year.
It’s worth noting that Jovanović had previously brought Mladen Bojanić onboard as his investment advisor.
According to Vijesti, “Radović enters this role with significant experience in project management and investment policy. Her appointment is part of a broader strategy for the Municipality of Budva focused on enhancing the investment landscape and executing capital projects more effectively.”
Upon taking office, Maša Radović stated that her main priority will be the transparent and responsible management of public resources, as well as attracting new investments that will foster sustainable development in Budva.
The administration of President Nikola Jovanović is being completed with new personnel decisions in local government, and an announcement for a competition for secretaries of secretariats and directors of public institutions and companies is anticipated soon.
