Just 32 minutes remain until one European chapter closes, making way for another…
In their final Champions League round, the Adriatic water polo team faces Crvena Zvezda in Belgrade on Tuesday at 20:00. Regardless of the match outcome, they are set to advance to the Eurocup’s knockout stage.
The last elite clash will see Petr Radanović’s squad take on the only team they have previously bested in Group C, after an unforgettable penalty shootout that concluded 21:20.
“Zvezda has proven to be a challenging opponent, boasting seasoned players and a highly skilled pair of centers (Miloš Vukićević and Lukaš Seman) performing at an exceptional level,” Radanović remarked prior to the game in Serbia.
Conversely, Zvezda secured a victory against Jadran from Split with a score of 12:11.
“I am hopeful that we can neutralize their strengths, impose our pace, and through effective pressing, finish the game on a high note,” Radanović added.
