Upon the request of the Montenegrin Interpol office, a red notice has been issued for Radoje Zvicer, a resident of Kotor. This announcement was made today, with Montenegro seeking him for several grave offenses, including six counts of murder, attempted murder, and drug trafficking…

“The Interpol NCB Podgorica has requested an international arrest warrant, leading to today’s public announcement of a red warrant for Radoje Zvicer (42), a Montenegrin citizen, by the Interpol General Secretariat in Lyon. Zvicer is wanted on behalf of the Interpol NCB Podgorica for criminal proceedings before the High Court in Podgorica, suspected of: seven offenses of forming a criminal organization (Article 401a), six counts of aggravated murder (Article 144), one count of murder (Article 143), five offenses related to the unauthorized production, possession, and distribution of narcotic drugs (Article 300), unauthorized possession of weapons and explosives (Article 403), and incitement to attempted murder (Article 143 of the Criminal Code of Montenegro),” stated the Police Directorate.

Following a request from Austria, Zvicer’s name has recently been included in the list of most wanted fugitives.

According to police documents, Radoje Zvicer is identified as one of the leaders of the infamous Kavaka criminal clan hailing from Kotor.

The Special State Prosecutor’s Office has filed multiple indictments, and through extensive evidence obtained from decrypted applications provided by EUROPOL to the Special State Prosecutor’s Office (SDT) and the Special Police Department (SPO) via international legal cooperation, numerous investigations have been initiated against Radoje Zvicer and members of his criminal organization related to international cocaine smuggling, planning of various assassinations, money laundering…

In addition to the criminal charges against Zvicer and members of his organization in Switzerland, the SDT has also initiated several financial investigations, revealing that he owns significant property in Montenegro through affiliated parties.

In the ongoing conflict between the rival Kavački and Skaljar clans, Zvicer suffered serious injuries in May 2020 while living with his family in Kiev.

Post-recovery, he spent some time in Montenegro, but since 2021, authorities have lost track of his whereabouts.
