Budva Criminal Group Member Slovinić Arrested on Domestic Violence Charges

Goran Slovinić (56), also known as Brale and associated with a Budva criminal group linked to the Škalja clan, has been arrested in Budva on charges of domestic violence, according to the Police Directorate.
“Officers from the Budva Security Department detained GS (56), a member of an organized crime group, on suspicion of committing domestic violence against his wife.
“The police responded promptly to a citizen’s report received by the Security Department’s Duty Service on May 7, 2025, around 1:10 AM. They arrived at the scene and entered an apartment in a residential building in Budva, where they found GS, his wife, and their minor children,” the police report states.
It was noted that Slovinić was taken to the Budva General Hospital for questioning, while his wife was sent to the Budva Emergency Medical Service to evaluate her injuries. She later provided a statement at the Budva General Hospital.
“After gathering information from all parties involved and reviewing medical reports, the state prosecutor at the Basic State Prosecutor’s Office in Kotor was notified of the incident. The prosecutor ordered the detention of the reported GS on suspicion of the alleged criminal offense, directing that he be taken to the Basic State Prosecutor’s Office in Kotor for further proceedings along with the case documentation,” the statement concluded.
