The Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economic Development, Nik Đeljošaj, who serves as the President of the Tender Commission for the concession process regarding Podgorica and Tivat airports, announced that the commission will finalize the ranking list by the end of the week and submit the decision to the Ministry of Transport.
“Following the receipt of an updated evaluation from the IFC consultant, along with a legal opinion indicating that the prior scoring of both bidders with a score of ‘0’ was not legally valid, I convened a continuation of the Tender Commission session today at 6 PM to proceed with analyzing and scoring the technical aspects of the bids accordingly. Scoring will be conducted based on only two criteria, as one criterion, which carries the most points, was fully adhered to according to the rules,” Đeljošaj stated.
He further mentioned that once the scoring process is completed, the Tender Commission will notify the consultant about the evaluation, allowing further steps to progress.
“By the end of the week, the commission will finalize the ranking list and communicate the decision to the Ministry of Transport, ensuring that the Tender Commission’s work is conducted in a completely transparent and professional manner,” Đeljošaj added.
