Nachrichten jetzt auf Deutsch – für alle, die Montenegro ihr Zuhause nennen

In recent years, Montenegro has welcomed an increasing number of individuals from various nations, including a notable rise in the German-speaking community. Whether residing here temporarily, permanently, or passing through, these individuals require thorough, up-to-date, and locally relevant information.

To address this need, starting May 21st, the Vijesti portal, supported by the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany in Podgorica, will offer content in the German language.

The Memorandum of Cooperation was officially signed by Vijesti’s Director, Marijana Bojanić, and Embassy representative, Rauf Rojša.

This initiative reflects our unwavering commitment to providing accessible information to everyone living in Montenegro, as well as to those interested in developments within our country, whether they reside here, work, invest, or plan to visit.

For the past two years, Vijesti has provided reading options in English, and for the past year in Russian and Ukrainian. By simply selecting the desired language from the menu on both desktop and mobile browsers, our readers can now enjoy content in the language that suits them best – including German.
