What an unforgettable moment! In a thrilling finish that will be etched in memory, Montenegro’s handball team triumphed over Serbia 30:29.

The “lions,” despite losing Nebojsa Simić in the 34th minute, fought valiantly and deserved the victory.

Serbia managed to score with a seven-pointer just 10 seconds before the match ended, leveling the game at 29:29 through Bogdan Radivojević.

Vlado Šola called a time-out and organized a play that unfolded in just six seconds. The ball reached Stefan Čavor, whose shot was saved by Vladimir Cupara, but Nemanja Grbović converted the rebound just moments before the final whistle, sparking wild celebrations in Munich!

This victory has secured Montenegro the 3rd position in group C, granting them a top seed for the World Championship draw set to take place in Norway, Denmark, and Croatia.
